In 2016 the World Health Organisation identified stress as the health epidemic of 21st Century. Stress continues to be on the increase and has significant impact on wellbeing and mental health.
Unmanaged, stress can lead to poor wellbeing and mental health. Stress related illness, sickness absence & presenteeism have all been shown to decrease when there is investment in wellbeing. (Deloitte 2023. Mental Health & Employers Report)

This module has been designed to empower your team with tried & tested techniques to reduce stress .& build resilience.

This half day module can be extended into a full day workshop, in which attendees are guided to create their own stress prevention & resilience building plan.
Essential Wellbeing
Great performance, engagement, teamwork... none of these things work as well without a foundation of great wellbeing & mental health.

In this module we look at the importance of wellbeing and great mental health.

This course has been developed for those working in healthcare & medicine, with the aim of empowering sustainable and effective self-care. Improving wellbeing in the workplace has been proven to increase employee engagement & productivity.
Chose between a half day awareness session or a full day session incorporating continuous growth plan for personal wellbeing.
First Aid for Mental Health
In the UK, one in four adults experience at least one diagnosable mental health problem in any given year.
Mental Health awareness has been shown to promote a mentally healthy working environment, in which preventable issues are dealt with allowing teams to thrive. It encourages people to seek help when needed so that they can recover faster. It also empowers people with long term mental health issues to thrive in an environment where they feel supported and accepted in an informed and positive culture.

To embed a culture that supports mental wellbeing, it is recommend that all employees have awareness training, managers & champions taking level 2 & wellbeing leads taking level 3.

First Aid for Mental Health Level 1 - Awareness (Half Day)
First Aid for Mental Health Level 2 - First Aider (Full Day)
First Aid for Mental Health Level 3 - Supervisor (Two Day)

Upon successful completion of the module & assessment, learners will be awarded an Ofqual regulated award & certificate.
Safer Interactions with the Public
The public's expectations and demands are ever increasing, Incidences of incivility are on the rise as are the number of stressed clients. How do we effectively de-escalate & turn around negative interactions & remain personally resilient?
A new & updated skill set is required in the workplace that is not widely taught in schools & colleges.
This unique course has been created to increase the resilience and confidence with which to navigate interactions with the public. It brings together key aspects of customer service, personal resilience & wellbeing training, mental health awareness & conflict resolution to enable your team to:
